ALLERGEN INFORMATION

Indigo Run Designs makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. However, there is always risk of cross-contamination with products such as milk, eggs, gluten, tree nuts, and soy. Although we practice cross-contamination prevention best practices, we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our cookies.

 

Vanilla bean sugar cookies contain enriched flour, powdered sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla bean paste, baking powder, and salt.

 

Royal icing contains powdered sugar, meringue powder, flavor emulsion, water, vanilla bean paste, and vegetable glycerin.

KITS:

• For PYO kits where the palette is on the cookie and cookie decorating kits, royal icing is used.

• Edible Paints on PYO palette cards are purchased commercially and contain sugar, tapioca starch, water, microcrystalline cellulose, (plant-based) glycerin, corn syrup solids, modified corn starch, sodium alginate, titanium dioxide, polyglycerol esters, citric acid, potassium sorbate (preservative), FD&C blue #1, red #3, red #40, yellow #5, yellow #6. The paper backing on the palettes is FDA approved food-grade paper. Paper is not edible.
